Legit Movement ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted watch authentication tools for resellers and collectors. You can reach us at support@legitmovement.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication tokens, and account preferences.
• Watch submissions: photos you upload, optional notes, and the resulting authentication reports.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser/app version, crash logs, and basic analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To run the authentication analysis and return your report.
• To maintain your account, history, and subscription.
• To improve detection accuracy (in aggregated/anonymized form).
• To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors required to deliver the service: cloud hosting, AI model providers (for analysis), Stripe (for payments), and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

Submissions and reports are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account or individual reports at any time from the Account page; backups are purged within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing us.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Mobile permissions

The mobile app may request access to your camera and photo library solely to capture and upload watch images. Notification permissions are used only for report-ready alerts.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app and via email.
