Terms of Service
Last updated: May 3, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Legit Movement (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Legit Movement provides AI-assisted authenticity assessments of watches based on photos and notes you submit. Reports are informational only and are NOT a substitute for in-person inspection by a qualified watchmaker, brand service center, or certified authenticator. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for purchasing, selling, or trading decisions made on the basis of a report.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you don't have rights to.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
- Do not misrepresent reports (e.g., to defraud buyers).
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases on iOS/Android may be processed by Apple or Google under their terms.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support@legitmovement.com for questions.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a worldwide license to process them solely to operate and improve the Service. We own all rights in the Service software and branding.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer law; otherwise by the laws of the United States.
